The Oregon Department of Emergency Management is excited to share a few important updates about the 2026 Oregon Prepared Conference:

- The tentative conference agenda is now available on the Oregon Prepared Conference Webpage.
- Information about the 2026 Conference Keynote Speaker will be available soon!
- Registration is now available for the three pre-conference sessions. Note: Attendance is limited to conference attendees.
General Conference Information:
- What: 2026 Oregon Prepared Conference
- Where: Sunriver Resort, 17600 Center Dr, Sunriver, OR 97707 (Sunriver Resort Map found here)
- When: April 15 – 17, 2026. There will be 3 pre-conference activities on Tuesday, April 14, 2026, from 1pm-5pm.
- Cost: $250 registration fee for all participants.
- Lodging: Attendees are responsible for their lodging. There is a conference lodging block at GSA rates ($125+tax/night) (spaces are limited!), make sure to say you are reserving for the Oregon Prepared Conference. To make reservations, contact the hotel directly at 855-420-8206.
