Michael Cawley, Tim Ihde, and Jim Kemble. Please see bios for our three speakers below: Michael Cawley Mike is a risk management executive with a 35-year record of broad and diversified accomplishment in the strategic and tactical elements of corporate enterprise risk management (ERM). He performed day-to-day development and execution of a risk management program that covered all elements in the identification, assessment, mitigation and monitoring of all exposures within the corporate risk universe. Specific experience involved being a corporate risk manager for a service-related conglomerate (15 years) and then a biopharmaceutical manufacturer (10 years) before assuming an ERM governance and disclosure leadership role (10 years, through 2021) for a major worldwide financial entity. Currently, Mike serves as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in an advisory role for ERM Best Practices for the advancement of DoubleCheck’s new ERM One™ application. The Oregon Prepared Conference provides participants with training and information on programs, current issues, lessons learned and best practices related to all phases of emergency management. It also offers several days of networking opportunities. This annual conference is open to tribal, county, city, special district, state and federal emergency management staff; public safety and health preparedness staff; DHS/FEMA preparedness grant recipients; and non-profit and private sector partners with a role in mitigation, preparedness, response, or recovery. The 5th Annual Construction Mental Health & Wellbeing Conference will be held in Portland, OR from February 23-26, 2026 - Presented by UA Local 290 Plumbers, Steamfitters, HVAC/R, Marine Fitters and NECA/IBEW Northwest Mental Health Coalition. Launched in 2022 as the Construction Working Minds Summit through the collaboration and pioneering efforts of construction industry leaders, mental health professionals and the lived experience community, The Construction Mental Health & Wellbeing Conference has grown into a nationally recognized event bringing together hundreds of construction industry, mental health and suicide prevention trailblazers from across the United States. Celebrating our 5th Anniversary, we're updating our name and logo this year to reflect our vision of the future, but our purpose remains the same. To build a sense of community among the construction industry that leverages the lived experience of survivors to prevent suicide and overdoses, while promoting mental health, addiction recovery and overall wellbeing.
